SCOTT WEAVER, President
Meet Scott Weaver, the heart and soul of our company, serving as the President. With a dynamic career that began as an apprentice to Lighting Director Don Weaver, his extensive portfolio includes impactful contributions to commercials, videos, music concerts, and the intricate lighting setups of Good Morning America's remote sites. Scott has been an Independent Lighting Director for TV stations for industry giants such as Nexstar Media Group, Gray, Sinclair, Scripps, Media General, Hearst, Raycom Media, and several Fox owned/operated stations. His technical acumen shines through as an ETCP-certified rigger for theaters, overseeing the installation of theatrical curtains, ProCyc walls, infinite walls, green screens, Arbor systems, ETC hoists, and DeSisti motorized equipment. Beyond the spotlight, Scott has played a pivotal role in crafting and installing grids across diverse Northern VA/Washington area locations, leaving an indelible mark on government buildings, theaters, churches, and schools. Also since 2002 he has worked in conjunction with ESG (Entertainment Services Group) for Lighting of PGA Event Chalets. (Ryder Cup, PGA championships, US Open). DON WEAVER
Don Weaver, an accomplished Independent Lighting Director, brings decades of expertise to our team. His impressive early career includes lighting for PBS, CBN, and Good Morning, America, and contributing to iconic events such as the Miss Teen, Miss Universe, and Miss America Pageants. Formerly owning and operating Florida Lites until 1993, Don's extensive portfolio encompasses lighting for commercials, various sporting events, and major GMA sites, including the Super Bowl and NASCAR. Since 1993, he has excelled as an independent lighting director, collaborating with industry leaders such as Nexstar Media Group, Gray, Sinclair, Scripps, Media General, Hurst, Raycom, and Fox-owned and operated stations.
